The following Terms & Conditions govern the Associates/Customers of EARN24:
- No Registration Fee / No Monthly or Annual Fee / No Membership or Renewal Fee.
- Never Revert from a Position or Level.
- You should have Aadhar Card or Pan Card and Bank Account in your own name.
- You must be of minimum 18 years of age wherever it legally requires.
- Your association with EARN24 and use of this website/App for purchase of good and services, and your payment(s) thereof is governed by the terms and conditions of the company.
- You are an independent Associate / Customer and not an Agent / Distributor / Representative / Partner of EARN24 for any purpose whatsoever.
- You will be solely responsible for all payments for any goods or services supplied in the course of this business and you will also be responsible for compliance with central, state and local statutes and regulations, including, but not limited to, those relating to licensing and taxation.
- EARN24 may, in its discretion, withhold direct / indirect taxes, from any bonus/offers/gifts payable to you on your purchase of goods and services. The company shall not be responsible for withholding or collection and remitting of any taxes unless required by statutes and regulations or by express collection agreement with the relevant authority.
- You have read and understood all the “Company Policies” of EARN24 which are published and available at https://EARN24.in and which are applicable to EARN24 Associates and agree to abide by them.
- All disputes between the Associate and the EARN24 shall be governed by the representative of EARN24 and resolved by binding arbitration.
The following Terms & Conditions govern the Distributors of EARN24:

- Never Revert from a Position or Level.
- You should have Aadhar Card or Pan Card and Bank Account in your own name.
- You must be of minimum 18 years of age.
- This constitutes a binding agreement between EARN24 and yourself which is governed by the terms and conditions of the company.
- You are an independent Distributor and not an Agent /Representative/Partner of EARN24 for any purpose whatsoever.

- You will be solely responsible for all payments for any goods or services supplied in the course of this business and you will also be responsible for compliance with central, state and local statutes and regulations, including, but not limited to, those relating to licensing and taxation.
- EARN24 may, in its discretion, withhold direct / indirect taxes, from any bonus/incentives payable to you under this agreement. The company shall not be responsible for withholding or collection and remitting of any taxes unless required by statutes and regulations or by express collection agreement with the relevant authority.
- You recognize that your bonus / remuneration /incentives under this agreement is based on your performance of supervisory, distributive, selling or soliciting function in the sale and delivery of the EARN24 products and not on the number of hours worked or an element of chance.
- There is no requirement for minimum investment. Any purchases must be in reasonable quantities in relationship to sale and/or consumption.
- You have read and understood the company policies, procedures and marketing plan and agree to abide by them. You agree to perform all obligations under this agreement in accordance with terms of the Agreement or instructions given by the Company from time to time. You understand that your acts, or lack of action, which may result in a misuse, misrepresentation or violation of the Company Policy can cause the termination of your distributorship by the Company without any payments of whatsoever nature and with immediate effect.
- EARN24 may change, amend or modify this agreement and its policies, procedures and marketing plan to maintain a viable marketing system, comply with legal requirements or changes in economic conditions, and You shall agree, abide and operate the business in accordance with any such changes, amendments or modifications.
- As a Distributor, you’re expected to fulfil your obligations and execute the orders placed by the users of your assigned territory, within the timeframe fixed by the company time to time for different products/services.
- To properly represent products of EARN24 and its marketing plan, all forms of advertising, including, but not limited to, audio and video tapes and printed material, must be submitted and approved in writing by an authorized EARN24 representative prior to use.
- You may cancel this agreement by sending written notice to EARN24 during working hours on any working day.
- EARN24 will make its products available to you as a Distributor and credit your buying/sales efforts as set forth in the marketing plan of EARN24.
- As long as you are a Distributor and not in violation of this agreement, EARN24 shall pay you for your successful sales efforts in accordance with the various bonuses established by the marketing plan of EARN24.
- This agreement is personal in nature and cannot be assigned or transferred, except in the event of extenuating circumstances such as a legal separation or by death and confirmed with written authorization and approval of EARN24, wherein an individual who can qualify as a Distributor may retain or inherit the same, respectively.
- All disputes between the distributor and the EARN24 shall be governed by the Representative(s) of EARN24 and resolved by binding arbitration.
- EARN24 expects its distributors to conduct themselves with the highest ethics and integrity. You agree to do so and represent that you have never been convicted of a felony or charged with a crime involving moral turpitude or dishonesty.
- You’re expected to fulfil your obligations and execute the orders placed by the users of your assigned territory, within the timeframe fixed by the company time to time for different products/services.
