• Users/Customers — Data collected during product purchases, returns, and interactions with Earn24 services on our website and mobile application.

• Company: Operational records, financial transactions, intellectual property, and compliance documents.
• Associate Members: Name, contact details, government ID, banking/payment information, sales records, and performance metrics.
• Users/Customers: Name, email address, contact phone number, delivery address, purchase history, payment transaction reference details, and customer service feedback/inquiries.

4. Use of Information

• Company: To manage operations, ensure legal compliance, and protect intellectual property.
• Associate Members: To process commissions, manage distributor accounts, verify identity, and enforce contractual obligations.
• Users/Customers: To process orders, deliver products to specified shipping addresses, handle returns/refunds, provide notifications, and improve customer experience.

• All data is stored securely on protected cloud servers with restricted administrative access.

• Data is shared strictly with authorized operational partners (e.g., banking partners for payment processing, logistics and delivery partners for product deliveries).
• Earn24 does NOT sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Any sharing is strictly limited to operational necessity and governed by confidentiality agreements.

8. Retention & Disposal

• Data is retained only as long as necessary for business, accounting, legal, or compliance purposes.
